Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of KDP Creator AI, and limited technical data collected automatically to keep the service secure and reliable.

When you sign up we store your email address, display name, and authentication identifiers (including Google OAuth identifiers when you use social sign-in). Passwords are never stored in plain text.

We store the prompts you submit, the AI outputs generated for you (titles, subtitles, descriptions, keywords, categories, outlines, and interior page prompts), and metadata such as timestamps and credit usage. This allows you to revisit your projects and lets us enforce fair use.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We retain only the Stripe customer ID, subscription status, plan, and billing period so we can grant the correct AI credits and show your invoices.

We use cookies for authentication, session persistence, and analytics. For details and management options, see our Cookie Policy.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the product is used in aggregate. Analytics data is anonymized where possible and used only to improve the service. You can opt out via browser settings or ad-blockers.

Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on trusted cloud infrastructure. Data in transit is protected with TLS. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from the Settings page, or by emailing us. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent where applicable.

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the rights granted by the GDPR, including the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing is a mix of contract performance (providing the service), consent (marketing, non-essential cookies), and legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention).
