Terms of Service

By creating an account or using KDP Creator AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

We offer Free ($0 / 30 credits), Pro ($50 / 250 credits), and Business ($150 / 1200 credits) plans, billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Each AI generation consumes 15 credits. If your remaining balance is below 15 credits, the request will be blocked. Credits are tracked server-side and updated in real time.

Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused credits from a canceled or downgraded plan are forfeited.

You may not use the service to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, nor to build a competing product, scrape our systems, or abuse rate limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that violate fair use.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The KDP Creator AI platform, brand, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights beyond the limited license to use the service.

You retain ownership of the content you create with KDP Creator AI, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and interior plans. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to operate the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost publishing opportunities.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
