Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Notify us immediately at support@kdpaistudio.app if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts are personal; sharing a single account across an organisation is not permitted.

KDP AI Studio offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Business plans. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of AI Credits, higher rate limits and additional features. Plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

We may change plan pricing or inclusions. Existing subscribers will be notified before a change takes effect at their next renewal, and may cancel before that date if they do not accept the change.

Payments are collected by our payment providers in the currency shown at checkout. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.

Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If a payment fails we will notify you and may retry; persistent failure suspends paid features and may downgrade the account to the Free plan.

AI features consume AI Credits. Cost varies by feature complexity, and paid plans receive an automatic discount on every generation. Your balance and the cost of each action are shown in the product before you confirm.

• Credits are deducted when a generation starts and refunded automatically if the generation fails.
• Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
• Separately purchased credit packs remain available while your account is active.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.

You may cancel a subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops all future billing and your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which the account moves to the Free plan. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.

The KDP AI Studio platform, brand, interface and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the platform.

You retain ownership of the content you create, including titles, descriptions, keywords, outlines and interior plans, and you may publish and commercialise it, including on Amazon KDP. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA Copyright Policy.

Your use of the service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits illegal activity, spam, malware, infringement, hateful or adult content, platform abuse and AI misuse. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI output may be inaccurate; see our AI Transparency Policy. We do not warrant any publishing outcome, sales result, marketplace approval or search ranking.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost publishing opportunities or loss of data. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create legal or security risk, or engage in fraudulent payment activity. On termination your licence to use the service ends; we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your content unless prohibited by law or by the severity of the breach.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KDP AI Studio is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
